Solution: Created a sales funnel on WordPress with integrated automations at each step. These automations notify the sales agent on Slack based on the amount of debt owed by the customer.

Problem: Too many manual tasks. Bounce debt relief agents were manually pulling the customer's credit report, entering the data into the CRM, and then sending them offers via SMS and email. This entire process was done manually and was taking approximately 4 hours per day.

Solution: We automated the entire process of pulling credit reports, updating the CRM, sending messages, and emails. Now, the agent only needs to input basic details of the customer, and the credit report is automatically pulled and synced with the CRM for that particular lead.
